All about Kristyna

Hello my name is Kristyna I love the color orange. My favourite animal is a bunny and I love shpageti bolinas. I am eight years old, I live in New Zealand my school is pompallier catholic school I have no pets but really want one. I play with lego a lot and  I have a smaller brother and sister who can sometimes be very annoying! 

My letter to Mr and Mrs lovey dovey

Dear Mr and Mrs lovey dovey. 

Are you still lovey doveying around? is your son old enough to start his own family? I am writing to tell you that your all in a story, also why aren't there any other teachers to save the children and stop you crying so much? You should get some proper cloths to wear,not that using curtains isn't recycling and mothers sewing your cloths isn't cute,did you happen to have another baby called Humbert or Stacey, because there in a book to. My school term

 My school term was fun because, it was my first time playing soccer. I was in the warriors it was a good team. Today I will tell you all about my soccer experience.  

I wasn't very good at first but I got very good. Soccer is a fun winter sport that lots of kids do. I love soccer its so fun to kick the ball around the field.

My persuasive writing

Dear mum and dad.

Could we please move into a house that lets us have pets.[it would be my dream come true]

Reason one, I really really want a bunny. it would be so nice if the bunny had a family to live with, and a big garden to play in.

Reason two, it would make everyone happy.[especially me]

Reason three, it would have a big garden. We need space to run around and a place for you to send us when we are naughty!

Reason four, we need a new house so its a choice.[which I think you will like]

My cross country experience

 On Thursday I woke up with a fuzzy feeling in my tummy it was cross country day. I got dressed quickly and woke my mum up. We got into the car and of we went talking excitedly about the day ahead. When we got there we had to walk along a muddy track. At the end of the track was the race it wasn't as muddy as last year.

I put my bag on to the mat and went to find my friends. Soon the races began. Before my race there were lots more and I will tell you them. First the year eights went then the year sevens then six's, fives and threes plus a few which you can count. Just before my race was my sisters race I saw her struggling up the big hill. Next was my race I was happy and scared at the same time. Mrs Cutler said 'three two one go and of we went. I thought that I would lose but I did a good job of coming third. Once the race was finished I had a yummy hot dog then we went home.

When we got home the first thing I did was flop down on bed and go to sleep. when I woke up I had to go to swimming I tried to talk my mum out of it because I was so tired and cold, but she would not listen to me. When I got in the pool I liked it and when that was finished we went home. a few days later I was proud to hear that I got into the finals.

What I have been learning at school

At school I have been learning column method. Column method is when you put your two numbers on top of each other, then you put your tens and units above the number then you put two lines for the answer. I love column method because it makes counting so much easier I have also been learning fractions which were complicated but fun.

In literacy I have been learning synonyms. synonyms A  is two words that mean the same thing. I think that I was good at synonyms.

In science we learnt about materials. materials are all so different I liked that.

Digital footprint

A digital footprint is something that people can track you with even if it is a game.

My fun holiday

On the holiday my sister, brother, dad and I went to the river. We looked around in amazement, it had completely changed it was flowing really fast, and the banks were big perfect for falling of! We ran to the banks and stood on a big one which fell almost instantly. when we got home all of us were dirty [expect for my dad] 

A few days later my mum took us to east coast. First we went to a playground with a spinning doughnut. A beach was next to it. When we got bored of the playground we went to the beach and looked for treasure but I just want to discover something new. 

We soon got hot. Ice cream time, my sister asked for cookies and cream but they had run out. Wait wait wait they didn't run out they went to the freezer and pulled out fresh ice cream lucky her." When our tummy's were full we went home. I was so tired after the big trip.
