What Good Are Wings Without the Courage To Fly?

On Friday it was pink shirt day, me and my class made four pink feathers each. Later in the day my teacher made the feathers into wings so that we can stand in front of them and look like angels. Above the wings my teacher wrote 'what good are wings without courage to fly'  it sounds weird but has a lot of meaning when you think about it.

What good are wings without courage to fly means to me....

You may have a talent but you need to be brave enough to use it, another way of saying it is, you don't know if you have a talent if you don't try to do it.
